Liability Waiver

1. Assumption of risk
Padel involves running, quick turns, glass walls, and ball impact. You accept the risk of injury that comes with playing.
2. Fitness to play
You confirm you are physically able to play and will stop if you feel unwell.
3. Unstaffed facility
No staff or first aid attendant is on site. You are responsible for your own safety and for anyone in your group.
4. Release
To the extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, you release Glowm and its partners from claims arising from ordinary use of the court.
5. Minors
A parent or legal guardian must accept this waiver for any player under 18 and remain present during play.
6. Media
The court area may be recorded for safety and security purposes.
