Glowm operates a single unstaffed outdoor padel court at SouthSide Works in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@glowm.world.

Interest list: email address, postal code, and optional age band and how you heard about us. App and court use: account details, bookings, and access records handled inside the Glowm app.

To tell you when the court opens, to plan sessions and hours, and to operate access and safety systems at the court.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the club, and where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Interest list entries are kept until the season ends or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first.
